TL;DR
Inside Sales (Oil & Gas): Managing and closing qualified pipeline opportunities for high-value accounts with an accent on lead qualification, deal momentum, and regional process scaling. Focus on driving net-new ARR revenue, coordinating with pre-sales and BDRs, and building a repeatable sales motion across Europe, MEA, and APAC.
Location: Must be based in Europe, the Middle East, or APAC (Remote)

What you will do
- Own pipeline opportunities end-to-end for accounts with approximately $100K ARR.
- Qualify opportunities, identify customer needs, and drive deals through to closure.
- Collaborate with BDRs, partners, and referrals to maintain high lead momentum.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to provide technical support and demos during the sales cycle.
- Manage forecasting and sales activities using HubSpot and other commercial tools.
- Establish repeatable messaging and processes to scale the Inside Sales motion across target regions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, BDR, pre-sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Alternatively, successful experience as a consultant in a top-tier consulting firm with a desire to transition into sales.
- Based in Europe, the Middle East, or APAC.
- Confident communication skills in English.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- High level of ownership and ability to drive deals independently.
