Business Development Representative (Sales): Expanding hirify.global's inventory by acquiring and onboarding private landlords in the German market with an accent on outbound acquisition and high-volume cold calling. Focus on driving commercial growth, optimizing landlord occupancy, and utilizing data-driven strategies to improve market metrics.

Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in the Netherlands or be able to work from the Rotterdam office (2 days per week)

Salary: ~35,000 EUR gross per year plus variable

What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new private landlords through high-volume cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, educating landlords on product features until their first successful booking.
• Handle complex landlord objections and negotiate professional partnerships to grow the inventory.
• Monitor and analyze local portfolio performance data to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to improve the overall landlord user journey.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve internal processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Native German and fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience or strong comfort with high-volume cold calling and pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial polish for building trust over the phone.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities using data.
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the Rotterdam office (hybrid policy: 2 days per week).
