What you will do

• Own and improve the AI Resource Hub on SharePoint, ensuring structured and current content.
• Create internal communication content, including presentations, training materials, and success stories.
• Lead adoption initiatives for key AI tools and document practical use cases for various functions.
• Partner with AI Champions to capture and scale AI adoption success stories organization-wide.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/AI teams to ensure user-centric solutions.
• Contribute to broader Transformation & Strategy Department initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication and content creation skills to translate complex topics into engaging materials.
• Experience in change management, adoption, or internal communications in a tech environment.
• High level of organization and experience managing knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with technical subject matter experts.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken required.
