📍𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼 𝗟𝘁𝗱. is looking for a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to manage software implementation projects for external banking clients.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀
You will work on implementation, data migration, and support projects related to the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗖𝗠𝗦) for banks. It is a software system for managing and controlling the card lifecycle.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼
— managing CMS implementation projects end-to-end,
— taking ownership of project planning, scope, timelines, risks, quality and reporting,
— keeping the client and internal teams aligned,
— ensuring compliance with company processes,
— working with technical specialists to understand project details and resolve issues efficiently.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
— 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
— Experience working with external clients, preferably in banking or financial services.
— Background in software implementation, customization, integration, or migration projects.
— Experience working in a Waterfall or structured delivery environment.
— Strong skills in managing scope, timelines, risks, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
— Good understanding of software development, system architecture, and software delivery processes.
— Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international clients.
— Proactive, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.
🌍 Locations: Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland.
This role is not for a Product Manager, Program Manager, or purely internal Delivery Manager.
