What you will do

• Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans with risk assessment.
• Manage cross-functional teams including programmers, artists, designers, and QA.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and strict deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Manage team capacity, task assignment, and individual performance tracking.
• Support team growth through regular feedback and career development planning.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Proven experience managing external client relationships and building trust.
• Ability to lead and manage teams of 5+ people effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a result-oriented approach to time-pressured tasks.
• Experience in GameDev projects is a significant plus.
