Project Manager (Digital Transformation) (Azure DevOps, Confluence, AI): Leading cross-functional enterprise transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and AI-powered digital solutions with an accent on stakeholder alignment, risk management, and measurable business value. Focus on coordinating parallel projects, managing delivery dependencies, and driving the adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the organization.
Location: Europe, Poland, or Ukraine; remote or hybrid depending on location

What you will do
- Plan, manage, and monitor enterprise projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and technical teams.
- Align business and technology stakeholders on goals, priorities, outcomes, and delivery expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Support the adoption of AI-driven approaches and AI-assisted productivity tools in project workflows.
- Manage risks, dependencies, KPIs, documentation, communication, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional, transformation, enterprise, or IT-related initiatives with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience with risk management, decision-making, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with technical teams.
- Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, automation approaches, and AI capabilities.
- Intermediate English level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
