TL;DR
Senior Project Manager (Ecommerce): Leading the delivery of high-quality, complex ecommerce projects for global brands with an accent on program governance, resource planning, and stakeholder management. Focus on overseeing multi-vendor environments, managing large teams (20+ people), and executing large-scale ecommerce migrations.
Location: Hybrid in Poznan, Poland. Must align with US working hours (typically 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Salary: 150–200 PLN per hour (B2B)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including risk evaluation and stakeholder reporting.
- Define and implement program-level governance and standardized ways of working.
- Track dependencies between projects and maintain comprehensive resource plans.
- Provide leadership and line management for other project managers within and outside the account.
- Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into successful project plans.
- Oversee third-party vendors and manage financial budgets in an ecommerce environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience in Software Application Development.
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people across multiple workstreams.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong track record in ecommerce migrations, re-platforming, and retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Magento eCommerce platform.
- Developer background or a programming qualification.
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS DevOps tooling.
- BA/BS degree in Information Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
