Location: Hybrid in Poznan, Poland. Must align with US working hours (typically 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Salary: 150–200 PLN per hour (B2B)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including risk evaluation and stakeholder reporting.
• Define and implement program-level governance and standardized ways of working.
• Track dependencies between projects and maintain comprehensive resource plans.
• Provide leadership and line management for other project managers within and outside the account.
• Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into successful project plans.
• Oversee third-party vendors and manage financial budgets in an ecommerce environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience in Software Application Development.
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people across multiple workstreams.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong track record in ecommerce migrations, re-platforming, and retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Magento eCommerce platform.
• Developer background or a programming qualification.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS DevOps tooling.
• BA/BS degree in Information Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
