What you will do
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market plan, including territory mapping and account prioritization.
- Establish trust and strategic partnerships with municipal leaders, education authorities, and school executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from acquisition to signed agreements.
- Utilize consultative frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger) to build ROI cases and control timelines.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
- Build a partner network and represent the company at conferences and policy forums to drive the inclusion agenda.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise new-business sales with experience in long, complex cycles.
- Strong ability to build credibility and secure sponsorship from C-suite and school leadership.
- Experience in GTM strategy execution and pipeline management using HubSpot.
- Proficiency in structured discovery and building quantified ROI cases.
- Must be located in North East England and willing to travel frequently within the region.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger sales methodologies.
