What you will do

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline within mid-to-large enterprise accounts through targeted outbound and executive networking.
  • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales motions including discovery, business case development, solution design, and procurement navigation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive alignment across technical and business functions.
  • Own territory and account planning to identify land-and-expand opportunities across complex organizations.
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to orchestrate cohesive, high-impact deal strategies.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate forecasts within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling into North America or EMEA headquartered enterprise businesses.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Terraform.
  • Potential to grow into a sales leadership role.
