What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signature.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly new business quotas.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations for C-level stakeholders.
- Construct compelling business cases and ROI models to justify investment.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving legal, procurement, and executive teams.
- Collaborate with the Partner and Alliances team to source and co-sell deals through the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Martech with a track record of quota overachievement.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with deal values of £50k ARR+.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and understanding of business financial levers.
- Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting skills.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into CMOs at e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Familiarity with the advocacy or customer acquisition ecosystem.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment.
