What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signature.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly new business quotas.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations for C-level stakeholders.
  • Construct compelling business cases and ROI models to justify investment.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving legal, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with the Partner and Alliances team to source and co-sell deals through the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Martech with a track record of quota overachievement.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with deal values of £50k ARR+.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and understanding of business financial levers.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting skills.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into CMOs at e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with the advocacy or customer acquisition ecosystem.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment.
