What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed UK&I revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise/Territory Account Executives.
  • Shape and refine hirify.global’s sales concept for the UK&I target market.
  • Oversee sales activities across existing and new UK&I markets, including forecasting and negotiating complex deals.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and drive action plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, product development, partners, BDR/AE teams) and report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK & Ireland (UK&I).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager or Director of Sales).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the UK&I market.
  • Strong B2B enterprise/Territory sales background and experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge and application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
