Hi! We're TripleTen - an award-winning coding bootcamp helping people from all backgrounds start careers in tech. We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and strengthen our US sales department.

You will own the full Call → Purchase funnel, rebuild the team structure, introduce clear performance discipline, and improve conversion rates across the sales process. The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to make tough management decisions, and the discipline to build a sales organization that delivers stable, predictable results.

⚙️ What you will do:

  • Rebuild and lead the sales team: redesign team structure and span of control, upgrade or replace underperforming managers, and introduce transparent daily and weekly reporting tied to core metrics (CSC, Avg. Cash-in, CAC).
  • Own the full sales funnel (Call → Purchase): identify performance gaps in discovery, objection handling, and closing, and drive sustainable conversion rate growth.
  • Integrate an AI Sales Copilot to improve call quality, support lead nurturing, and reduce operational workload.
  • Redesign the compensation system: shift incentives toward variable pay and link compensation directly to contribution margin and sales results.
  • Build a scalable hiring and onboarding process: shorten ramp-up time and expand the use of cost-efficient international contractors while maintaining conversion performance.
  • Own the sales tech stack: HubSpot, Glyphic, Five9, Retell, Claude, Tableau - and ensure the team uses these tools effectively in daily work.

💪 This role is likely a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams of 30+ people in EdTech, SaaS, or other high-volume sales environments.
  • A proven track record of rebuilding sales teams after restructuring, pricing changes, or leadership transitions.
  • Strong command of key sales metrics: CAC/CSC, Call → Purchase conversion, capacity models, and SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI into sales operations (workflows, copilots, or automation) that improved measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation systems tied to margin and conversion targets.
  • Experience hiring and managing distributed international teams.
  • Ability to make tough management decisions (PIPs, manager replacements, structural changes) while maintaining overall team morale.
  • English C1+ / full professional proficiency - you will work with a US-based team and sell to US clients.

👑 Will be your advantage:

  • Ex-CIS background: you understand both Eastern European talent markets and US sales culture.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Glyphic, Five9, or Retell (our current stack).
  • Experience designing compensation models tied to contribution margin or conversion targets.
  • Experience building or scaling hybrid AI + human sales funnels.
  • Experience managing a major pricing or product change mid-cycle and restoring conversion performance.
