Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hub (San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN). Role requires in-office attendance 3+ days per week.
Salary: $173,000–$204,000 USD (San Francisco range)

What you will do
- Own gross revenue retention and net expansion quotas for a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Execute timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities based on product usage and customer needs.
- Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting for a high-volume pipeline.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate relationship health into commercial outcomes.
- Negotiate commercial terms by anchoring conversations in ROI and business value rather than discounting.
- Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence to inform Product and leadership strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business simultaneously.
- Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline management.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms grounded in value and ROI.
- Must be able to work from a hub office 3+ days per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR technology, background screening, or compliance industries.
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
- Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
