Salary: $115,000 - $157,000 base salary annually

What you will do

  • Own high-level executive relationships at the C-suite level for a portfolio of the most complex enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and manage long-term strategic success plans that align client business priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Directly manage and coach a CSM responsible for program-level execution, health, and day-to-day continuity.
  • Drive full commercial ownership, including forecasting, negotiating, and managing renewals, upsells, and expansion.
  • Orchestrate delivery across a three-layer model involving Solutions (technical), CSM (program), and Strategic CSM (strategy).
  • Integrate AI capabilities like predictive personalization and generative content into client marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing roles at a SaaS company.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience in people management and coaching client-facing professionals.
  • Track record of full commercial ownership with significant renewal and upsell targets.
  • Strong C-suite relationship skills and ability to earn executive trust.
  • Technical curiosity regarding data architecture and martech stacks.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically in the enterprise marketing automation space.
  • Hands-on experience with email or digital marketing technology, including advanced automation and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA or Harvest.
  • Experience contributing to organizational CS playbooks and enablement.
