What you will do
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for Marketing/Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive company-wide revenue visibility.
- Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end UTM tracking infrastructure and validate data flow from ad platforms to the warehouse.
- Analyze customer journey touchpoints using first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Define and standardize funnel metrics from acquisition to retention, quantifying drop-offs by segment and channel.
- Connect marketing spend to outcomes using unit economics including LTV/CAC and ROI.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments and holdouts to forecast lift against company OKRs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing/growth analytics with cross-functional influence.
- Expert-level SQL skills specifically with BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with paid-channel data (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and UTM taxonomy design.
- Proficiency in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
- Experience with identity stitching, attribution windows, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Must be based in Seattle, WA for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience with reverse-ETL.
- Knowledge of HubSpot campaign setup.
