Salary: $185,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and retain a team of GTM analytics professionals while defining the organizational structure.
• Own the full analytics lifecycle, from data sourcing and engineering partnerships to executive-ready visualizations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure business decisions are grounded in rigorous data.
• Champion a visualization-first mindset using Tableau, Salesforce, and AI-assisted tools.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
• Establish team operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and standards for analytical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Finance Analytics.
• 4+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• Expert-level experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in cloud platforms like Snowflake.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and natural language query tools.
• Proven ability to partner with Data Engineering teams on schema design and architecture.
• Experience presenting to board-level or executive audiences.
