What you will do
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the mid-market segment.
- Initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct outbound activities to build and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Engage key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and procurement timelines.
- Maintain accurate data and metrics within the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS Mid-Market environment.
- Proficiency in Finnish (C1), or Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees.
- Consistent success in hitting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger.
