Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, or Netherlands and have existing work authorization for the country where the role is located. hirify.global does not provide relocation support.

What you will do

  • Advise public sector customers on hirify.global’s procurement solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate the value and impact of hirify.global’s SaaS platform.
  • Maintain CRM data in HubSpot and optimize sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed on public procurement developments for growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) managing a full B2B SaaS sales cycle.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2).
  • Fluency in at least one of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, or Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with public procurement, tendering, or compliance-driven buying processes.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-market sales environment.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on long-term customer value.
