What you will do
- Own the strategic direction and commercial growth for the Paid Social portfolio in the Netherlands, managing revenue targets.
- Act as the core strategic advisor for complex accounts, directing brand awareness and ROAS-driven performance.
- Design cross-platform strategies for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.
- Establish native-first creative testing frameworks for hooks and formats in collaboration with the Studio team.
- Integrate AI tools for creative strategy, production, automation, and reporting.
- Shape proposals, lead pitches, and identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Requirements
- Experience within a digital agency environment managing multiple client accounts and coaching specialists.
- Proven track record in senior Paid Social strategy, including post-iOS14 attribution and Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Expertise in creative testing frameworks, focusing on hook rates and thumb-stop content.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest ad platforms.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
- Must be based in the Amsterdam office.
