What you will do

• Lead a team of 15–20 marketing professionals on an interim basis, focusing on team development and operational excellence.
• Own CRM strategy, focusing on lifecycle and segmentation for buyers and sellers to drive activation and conversion.
• Manage performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta with a sharp focus on ROI, CPA, and measurable returns.
• Develop and protect the Troostwijk brand consistency across international markets, preparing for a major 2027 campaign.
• Execute bespoke campaigns for high-value lots and signature auctions on an international scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams as a member of the Benelux Management Team to shape commercial direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams of 10+ people.
• Track record in high-pressure B2B, marketplace, or auction environments.
• Hands-on approach: ability to write briefs, analyze dashboards, and rewrite copy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam.
