What you will do

• Define and execute the TikTok Shop strategy for Benelux, setting growth roadmaps and targets.
• Manage the P&L for TikTok Shop operations to ensure sales and profitability goals are met.
• Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive awareness.
• Launch and optimize data-driven campaigns, leveraging ROI insights to maximize performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DTC, Social, and Category Marketing teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC) and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in the Netherlands.
