What you will do

• Identify and map diverse talent across the Benelux region to build a strong influencer pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including scouting, fee negotiation, and contracting.
• Manage seeding and gifting programs to ensure product placement with key creators.
• Create and publish engaging, on-brand content for owned social channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future activity.
• Foster a positive community by actively engaging with followers and managing social media handles.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing within consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Must be able to work from the Amsterdam office regularly.
