What you will do

• Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants based in London.
• Drive technical pre-sales strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams.
• Oversee continual training, mentorship, hiring, and career growth for team members.
• Participate in strategic customer and prospect meetings alongside the team.
• Build and implement scalable programs to increase the impact of Solutions Consultants for customers.
• Monitor team performance and support members in exceeding their goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers with direct accountability for performance.
• Strong ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic programs that drive cross-team impact.
• Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience using or working with Figma.
• Experience working across multiple time zones.
