TL;DR

Enterprise GTM Leader (SaaS): Driving Enterprise go-to-market activities across the UK and Ireland with an accent on revenue growth, market penetration, and regional sales leadership. Focus on operationalizing GTM playbooks, scaling high-performing sales organizations, and managing C-level customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid (London) - Must be based in London with a required in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Salary: £257,000 - £302,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategy for revenue growth and market penetration across core industry verticals in UKI.
  • Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing regional Enterprise sales team.
  • Partner with Customer Success to build a tailored customer coverage model that drives growth and retention.
  • Act as a senior executive representative for Asana with C-level customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to influence product evolution based on customer insights.
  • Evolve the Account Team Playbook to ensure alignment across SDRs, Sales, and Success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing dedicated Enterprise sales teams and hitting revenue targets in the tech space.
  • Deep background in the Enterprise segment with a strong understanding of complex, high-value procurement cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling sales organizations across the UKI and EMEA regions.
  • Ability to execute growth strategies within both product-led and sales-led business models.
  • Must be based in London for the office-centric hybrid schedule.
