What you will do
- Define market strategies for B2B domestic express and corporate accounts to drive growth.
- Design and develop commercial plans, including pricing and business support for logistics products.
- Acquire new corporate customers and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage financial targets and KPIs, monitoring business performance across different channels.
- Lead and develop the corporate sales team, evaluating individual performance and navigating challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide thought leadership on macroeconomic and competitive trends.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development.
- Ability to define business requirements and translate them into product management needs.
- Proven track record of achieving volume, ASP, and revenue targets.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong capability in designing commercial strategies and pricing models.
- Must be based in Taguig, Philippines for hybrid work
