What you will do

  • Define market strategies for B2B domestic express and corporate accounts to drive growth.
  • Design and develop commercial plans, including pricing and business support for logistics products.
  • Acquire new corporate customers and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage financial targets and KPIs, monitoring business performance across different channels.
  • Lead and develop the corporate sales team, evaluating individual performance and navigating challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide thought leadership on macroeconomic and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development.
  • Ability to define business requirements and translate them into product management needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving volume, ASP, and revenue targets.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong capability in designing commercial strategies and pricing models.
  • Must be based in Taguig, Philippines for hybrid work
