What you will do
- Drive SMB sales targets and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue among new and former clients.
- Manage the SMB P&L for the market, including annual operating plans and EBITDA targets.
- Build and empower a high-performing sales team accountable for business goals.
- Segment SMB clients to define relevant solutions and address specific pain points.
- Act as the voice of the SMB client within the organization and represent the brand externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven sales experience with a track record of results.
- Strong competency in strategic sales and business development.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
- Deep understanding of market data usage and consultative sales processes.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Sales Tech tools.
- Previous knowledge or exposure to retail measurement data.
