What you will do

  • Drive SMB sales targets and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue among new and former clients.
  • Manage the SMB P&L for the market, including annual operating plans and EBITDA targets.
  • Build and empower a high-performing sales team accountable for business goals.
  • Segment SMB clients to define relevant solutions and address specific pain points.
  • Act as the voice of the SMB client within the organization and represent the brand externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience with a track record of results.
  • Strong competency in strategic sales and business development.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
  • Deep understanding of market data usage and consultative sales processes.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Sales Tech tools.
  • Previous knowledge or exposure to hirify.global retail measurement data.
