What you will do

• Lead and manage the performance of Sales Assistants (SAs), setting weekly and monthly targets.
• Acquire new retailers and maximize the sales potential within the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers through bi-weekly POS visits and inquiry resolution.
• Monitor sales quality, drive quality initiatives, and manage sales point efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and coach SAs on sales techniques and company regulations.
• Perform risk control to prevent fraud and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

• Degree from a 2- or 4-year course in any field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales, with a willingness to perform field work.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
