What you will do

• Advise clients on website design, eCommerce, and digital marketing strategies to meet their business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities through thoughtful recommendations and upselling to existing clients.
• Develop comprehensive proposals, contracts, and detailed scopes of work for internal production teams.
• Manage the seamless handoff of new clients from the sales phase to project managers and production.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends in SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Provide timely responses to RFPs and collaborate with management on sales forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to optimize workflow.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with CRM, sales tracking, or project management software.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
