What you will do

• Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies to exceed client goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and Zoom, managing projects through internal systems.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 to create actionable insights and performance reports.
• Expand client relationships by growing services delivered and increasing revenue within accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and strategists to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Mentor Client Success Coordinators to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies, including proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business and upselling solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling escalations and building trust with clients.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, or Google Analytics (GA4).
• Certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
