What you will do

• Own a VIP portfolio of approximately 12 high-value client accounts, managing the relationship from kickoff to reporting.
• Coach and develop 2-3 Account Managers, providing real-time feedback and reviewing their work.
• Serve as the final Quality Assurance (QA) gate for all team assets, copy, and campaigns.
• Utilize and teach the use of AI marketing tools to increase efficiency and work quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to set campaign strategies and surface systemic issues.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new Account Managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Paid Media, SEO, Email, Landing Pages).
• Proven track record of designing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive ROI for SMBs.
• Strong experience in client retention and building long-term trusted relationships.
• Proven coaching or mentoring instincts with a desire to develop other professionals.
• Fluent English (C1+) required for communicating with US and Canadian clients.
• Must be based outside of Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in an SMB-focused marketing agency or SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
