What you will do

• Analyze complex lending portfolio and client ESG data to identify decarbonization opportunities, climate risks, and impact drivers.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve ESG-related customer journeys and value propositions.
• Translate sustainability regulations, scorecards, and reporting frameworks into practical tools and client-facing propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Lending, Risk, and Data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards, and analytical models to refine the data and analytics strategy.
• Act as a bridge between commercial teams, ESG experts, and data specialists to align roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of banking, lending portfolios, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform complex data into actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work autonomously.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Brussels, Belgium.
