What you will do

• Develop and execute the sports betting strategy based on bettor insights and market benchmarks.
• Identify and prioritize friction points in the end-to-end betting journey to improve user experience.
• Lead structured product discovery, from problem definition and hypothesis formulation to validation.
• Own and prioritize the sportsbook product backlog aligned with seasonal sports calendars and major events.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Trading teams to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions.
• Define and monitor success metrics to optimize product performance and adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Sports Betting, iGaming, or regulated digital industries.
• Strong product discovery mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear product outcomes.
• Data-driven approach using experimentation and learning loops for prioritization and optimization.
• Experience managing product backlogs in dynamic, live-sports environments.
• Ability to balance business impact, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English proficiency
