What you will do

• Lead the reinvention of current account packs and subscription-based business models to drive customer value and recurrent income.
• Translate customer needs and data-driven insights into tangible user stories to increase engagement.
• Define the strategic vision for account packages through market analysis, trend evaluation, and business case assessment.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure innovative journeys are fully compliant and future-proof.
• Orchestrate the roadmap and prioritize the squad backlog in an Agile environment.
• Monitor journey performance and reliability while managhirify.global risks accordhirify.global to the corporate framework.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Brussels, Belgium.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
