What you will do

• Define and refine product challenges, facilitating the exploration of solutions that balance business, user, and technology needs.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps in close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and integrate AI opportunities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and create new business models.
• Lead the refinement process for low- to medium complexity products, ensuring requirements are clear and ready for implementation.
• Analyze key success metrics and conduct user research to validate assumptions, especially for AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain a shared vision and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management for digital products (mobile, web, SaaS, or AI-powered apps).
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Essential knowledge of AI applications, including LLMs, machine learning, and intelligent automation.
• Solid experience working within agile development processes and human-centered design best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and confidence in client-facing roles to align multiple stakeholders.
