What you will do

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services within the assigned portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
• Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Standardization teams to ensure global service harmonization.
• Develop business cases, strategic proposals, and investment justifications for new service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable portfolios.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment.
• English: C1+ required.
• French: C1+ required.
