Location: Must be based in Belgium (Remote/Hybrid options available).

What you will do

• Define and execute a bold, measurable product vision aligned with company strategic pillars.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to raise the bar for product craft.
• Translate strategic goals into multi-quarter OKRs that drive retention, GGR, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the product area in senior leadership forums to secure alignment and unblock initiatives.
• Partner with enterprise functions to manage complex dependencies and ensure delivery at pace.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within relevant domains.
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager of Product Managers.
• Proven track record in Player Account Management, Loyalty, or Customer Engagement platforms.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Proficiency in analytics and experimentation platforms like PowerBI or Excel.
• Must be based in Belgium or able to work within the Belgian context.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Miro, and other collaboration tools.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills in complex environments.
