What you will do

• Lead all phases of project delivery for development parcels outside the core Theme Park, from planning to handover.
• Oversee construction logistics for infrastructure, including roads, rail, and utilities, ensuring safe and coordinated site operations.
• Manage relationships with third-party developers and key stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Control project governance, including contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with financial and programme objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in the delivery of construction projects during design and construction phases.
• Deep knowledge of construction project delivery methods, specifically construction logistics.
• Proven experience working with third-party developers.
• Strong expertise in project management governance, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret and understand design and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Bluebeam (or equivalent PDF software).

Nice to have

• Experience working on accommodation or campus resort projects.
• Experience with PMWeb software.
