Associate Project Manager

TL;DR

Associate Project Manager (Construction): Providing core project management services on national programmes projects from feasibility through to completion and post-handover with an accent on delivering value for money, securing repeat business, and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Focus on preparing RIBA stage reports, programmes, progress reports, contract documents, and administering NEC/JCT building contracts.

What you will do

• Support business objectives by delivering value for money and overseeing successful project delivery in conjunction with Project Management Partners
• Participate in developing fee proposals, responses to RFPs, and attend client interviews to secure new business
• Manage and prepare key RIBA stage reports, programmes, meeting minutes, progress reports, and contract documents
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and administer various forms of building contracts including NEC/JCT
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards

Requirements

• Experience managing projects from conception to completion, particularly with NEC/JCT contracts, frameworks, public sector, and logistics
• Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in consultancy, contracting, or end-user client
• MRICS or membership of relevant professional body; NEC Accredited Project Manager desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
