What you will do

• Define and implement a best-in-class project controls strategy aligned with regional and organizational goals.
• Establish governance, standards, and processes to drive consistency across planning, cost, and risk management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing, internationally distributed team.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and project delivery planning.
• Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and data analytics to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Oversee project execution strategies, including procurement, contract administration, and milestone adherence.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects.
• Proven leadership experience in complex construction environments such as data centres or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting systems.
• Demonstrated track record of driving standardization, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
