What you will do

• Manage ongoing SEO, web design, and digital marketing client accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal production teams.
• Define project scopes, financial requirements, and resource allocation.
• Lead client meetings, kickoff calls, and strategy sessions.
• Ensure project deliverables are accurate, current, and meet client goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional service recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• Must be available to work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to pass a skills test in web development or online marketing (SEO/PPC).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Jira, or Asana.
• Solid understanding of digital production workflows and web design standards.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
• Background in SEO, Google Ads, or PPC strategy.
