What you will do

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects involving creative, design, strategy, and tech teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep to proactively identify and implement solutions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Oversee hybrid client and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery through design to technical implementation.
• Experience managing projects within established design systems.
• Proficiency in project management or KANBAN tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
• If holding an Engineering degree, must present a valid professional license as required by Colombian law.
