What you will do
- Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, and change requests.
- Lead planning, estimates, schedules, and progress tracking for timely delivery.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts.
- Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, product, and revenue teams.
- Document QA processes, ad formats, and technical specs; support new product rollouts and vendor integrations.
- Monitor performance in Google Ad Manager and SSPs, provide optimization insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience with CMS-based products (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) and delivery models (Fixed Price/Timeline, Time & Materials).
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.
- Technical understanding to translate requirements into developer documentation.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to manage risks, budgets, and report to executives.
