QA Engineer, Customer Complaints (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Stargard, Poland

What you will do

• Handle customer complaints received from customers and Radiometer subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with complaint investigators in R&D and Operations.
• Improve the global customer complaint process with the process owner.
• Work with the Radiometer Service organization to improve service-related processes.
• Support the organization during audits.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in production management or quality engineering.
• English communication skills at a minimum B2 level, both verbal and written.
• 1.5–5 years of experience in medical device quality assurance, medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing, or medical device service.
• Experience in Quality, Customer Complaints, Risk Management, or Quality Data Analysis is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to travel 1–3 times per year to another operating company.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, IVD, the Medical Devices Directive, and FDA legislation.
• Experience working with CRM software.
