Head of Global FSQ Excellence

What you will do

• Develop and implement a global three-year rolling quality strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Define, implement, and audit digital quality management systems, including eQMS, and quality KPIs.
• Lead global data analysis and problem-solving programs to identify trends, defect root causes, and corrective actions.
• Build and implement quality technologies across quality control, analytics, digitalization, and laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and global business-unit leaders.
• Drive quality culture and clear communication from senior leadership through the shop floor.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG and quality leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement programs and implementing modern technology.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, Six Sigma, Lean, and Total Quality Management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to influence key collaborators and senior leaders, with experience implementing digital and IT solutions.
