Continuous Improvement Lead (Lean Six Sigma)

Location: Elst, Netherlands; onsite factory role with occasional shift schedule adjustments

What you will do

• Own results for clean, inspect and lube; centerline management; 5S; process data integrity; and the Oscar scrap elimination system.
• Facilitate line loss analysis, waste elimination, yield improvement, and throughput improvement plans.
• Analyze daily and shift data, investigate top stops, lead root cause analysis, and establish countermeasures.
• Develop standards, define centerlines, create control strategies, and ensure centerline completion and compliance.
• Lead Universal Problem Solving to eliminate chronic losses and collaborate with Process Owners and Maintenance Leads on sporadic losses.
• Coach teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, problem solving, Quality Daily Management Systems, and process execution.

Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and RCA events.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and coach management systems including CIL, CLM, and 5S.
• Ability to write Work Instructions, SOPs, and OPLs, with expertise in CIL and basic problem solving using 6W and 2H.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; willingness to become Green Belt qualified within one year.
