What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage institutional clients including broker-dealers, hedge funds, and family offices.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on the EU market.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs regarding execution, custody, and embedded trading.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement and client handoff.
- Represent the company at key industry conferences and events.
- Synthesize market feedback to inform product roadmaps and commercial strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of institutional sales experience within financial services.
- Deep network of relationships with broker-dealers, prime brokers, and asset managers.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals with 6–7 figure ACV.
- Strong understanding of brokerage infrastructure and embedded trading solutions.
- Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Dutch, or Nordic languages).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MiFID, MiCA, FCA, or SEC/FINRA.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA.
