What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and support requests.
• Manage the account opening experience, including processing registrations and liaising with internal compliance teams.
• Identify and qualify trading opportunities for the dealing team using Salesforce.
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML, and Data Protection policies.
• Serve as the first line of defense against fraud and scams.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their concerns and provide empathetic service.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends (Thursday–Sunday, 2 days per week).
• Proven experience in sales and customer service with a track record of hitting targets.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Deep understanding of compliance, KYC, and AML regulations.
