What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional privacy initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Design and implement a scalable data privacy framework and maintain records of processing activities.
• Guide teams through Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in collaboration with the DPO and Security teams.
• Define and track KPIs and create dashboards to measure the success and maturity of the privacy program.
• Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRRs) using privacy tools like OneTrust.
• Oversee the Brightflag legal operations platform, handling financial operations and billing accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, delivery, or similar roles.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with privacy management tools such as OneTrust or TrustArc.
