What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customer programs, from pre-sales alignment and implementation through QA and go-live.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Own customer-facing project governance, including kickoffs, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor delivery progress against KPIs, communicating risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner to ensure a high-quality customer experience from kickoff through post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, technical program management, or implementation management.
• Comfortable working in technical environments with APIs, reporting, data, identity, and compliance concepts.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional customer projects.
• Ability to translate customer objectives into structured delivery plans and execute them across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Experience delivering multiple customer programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments with tight deadlines.
