TL;DR

Quality & Compliance Administrator (PMO): Managing and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring operational compliance across government contracts with an accent on CMMI, CMMC, and ISO framework adherence. Focus on coordinating audits, standardizing PMO governance, and driving continuous improvement through rigorous documentation and performance metrics.

Location: Must be based in the United States

What you will do

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated SOPs.
  • Support compliance with CMMI, CMMC, and ISO standards (9001, 20000, 27001).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and track remediation actions.
  • Monitor government contract deliverables, milestones, and SLA compliance.
  • Develop dashboards for compliance, audit readiness, and PMO maturity.
  • Review project documentation to ensure quality and process standardization.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in PMO, Quality, Compliance, or Program Management.
  • Must have experience supporting government contracts.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating audits or compliance activities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ISO, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, or NIST 800-53.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
